City Coaching Consultancy was set up to deliver bespoke packages of support and advice to individuals and organisations striving to improve their performance and business outcomes. The focus is on creating effective behavioural change.

It is a one-stop service that utilizes the skills and expertise of leading professionals and executives across various disciplines and professions. It is an organization that believes in transferable skills and using exceptional skills to deliver interventions that help improve an individual’s performance by reinforcing their strengths and minimizing their weaknesses. It was developed with a view to providing a full range of models of support across coaching, appraisal, training and personal development and psychological support in order to allow an individual teams or whole organisations to achieve their business objectives. Fusing and blending various approaches gained by many professionals who have been leaders in their field allows a very effective and robust set of interventions to be delivered in a way that boosts confidence and ensures improvement are sustained. Outcome measures are utilised to understand the effectiveness of interventions and shape the recommendations and delivery of coaching and performance enhancement. Our approach is designed to effect a change but it is change that is based on a full and proper analysis of what is needed and based on the assumption that every scenario can be improved in a way that there is a clear return on investment for the client.

OUR APPROACH

We spend time developing an understanding of the precise needs of the client and in a collaborative way with individuals and teams we design a program that delivers the outcomes that are required we are not fixed or bound by any particular model and fuse and blend various constructs together in order to deliver the interventions that are needed in whatever way will provide the most effective result. After preliminary meeting relevant information is gathered that will shape the process that is followed in delivering the necessary coaching. 

The team has significant skills across many domains of life professions and business so that the various layers of abilities and individual or team has can be properly and evaluated. 

Our Service

Venues

The process starts with a preliminary discussion focusing on the needs of the client – individual or organisation and then a plan is devised using various techniques and specialists if needed to ensure the quality of guidance and support is to the highest level. This meeting occurs at various sites across London or can be delivered at the clients location or over teleconferencing. A proposed plan of action is then devised with timescales and costing. Throughout the process clear measurable outcomes are agreed and no matter how small or large the intervention every every client is seen as a project. Subsequent interventions can occur on a one-to-one basis at offices in London or over teleconferencing; through workshops and seminars; simulation exercises and team building days.

Virtual Coaching

Due to the current need to remain in contact with coachees and the restrictions in place for social contact the practice has now set up  telephone and video conferencing facilities which if the coachees consent to will be able to be used to continue current contact. Business meetings will also be conducted through video or telephone conferencing. The practice has its own platform for this facility.  No data will be recorded. Coaching sessions can also focus on adapting to the demands of virtual working.

Fusion Clinics

We have taken a novel approach in blending interventions so that there is collaboration amongst experts in delivering a particular outcome for the individual. This model is based on the fact that many performance issues manifest as a result of a combination of factors connected to personality; organisational culture, competence and experience. We aim to deliver exactly what is required in a non-judgemental and client focused way.
